When I finish school in 2 years my intention is to do this after I get a solid job, similar to your situation..I'm looking to do this in Bradenton, Florida though, I will keep reading and studying but eventually will pull the trigger when the time is right

I wanted to share one of my flips our team just finished rehabbing in the City of La Mirada CA!

We might make different finish choices (cosmetic vs. durability) but the price is often similar.

I have a really little one (great for finishing nails but slow for framing), and my dad has a big one, but dad's is not portable like mine.

They don't always want the very best finishes, but would rather have a nice, clean, safe place, similar to the rest of the neighborhood, even if the counters are laminate instead of granite.

I purchased this home and later found out later that there were not a permit pulled for the lower level being finished.

I Just finished up three 6 families in the 400k range.
