Anyway I will be attending the REIA for the area I would like to invest and I want to know how I can approach potential buyers?

Now I actually had a coupe of groups to go to in Fresno , but they only happen once a month and I was looking for something I that I could attend every week. 

You should attend Harold McGee's weekly Thursday lunch meetings at Big Daddy's at 183/Burnet for some good networking.

Mike, from what i've observed, you couldn't call yourself a real estate investor until you've attended at least one Rich Dad Poor Dad session.

If there are more, you will find out once you start attending these.

I am just starting out in real estate investing, I have tried to educate myself as much as I could, I have attended seminars and purchased books but I am the type of person that I learn by working on it and learning from someone that has experience.

I regularly attend meetups every month the only problem I'm having is finding someone willing to teach and guide me to learn, a lot of the groups I have attended so far they always try to sell something.
