As I grow my business more and more, I have found myself getting calls from brokers, insurance, agents, bankers, ... etc in the middle of the day during meetings and such (on my cellphone, nothing on my business phone).

I think that the middle Georgia area is a great place to invest (mainly the Houston county area).

Millions of young people are going to go belly-up, and current law does not allow discharge, will trap them with IRS liens, garnishments, ongoing poor credit, etc, even though they are, technically, the part of the population we are ALL relying on to become the working middle class.

The best rentals are in lower-middle working class neighborhoods.The market sets the rent, not you.  

My plan is to purchase small multi-family, in a middle income area of my town. 

They will always be the most unaffordable. if you want affordable, just drive 4 hours into the middle of nowhere and buy a house for $30K.
