I'm in ScottsdaleAZ for instance and for me to fly to Youngstown, pay for hotel, car, food and being away from my properties, it would make sense to hire someone locally to Facetime a walkthrough or for me to call for taking occasional trips by the property.

And the occasional STR update is a great way to learn how to use it and learn photography.
