Does Boeig CEO view on electric passanger drones make sense?

(I'm in the northeast, prices are high yes, but stay with me...).The sellers numbers that they are presenting (water, electric, maintenance, mgt etc) in hopes of making this deal LOOK ENTICING TO A BUYER show that after financing the new owner at this price would be left with about a $10,000 annual LOSS!!

I'm finishing up a rehab right now and my contractor has really dropped the ball from a timing perspective (lots of false promises and missed deadlines). 

Call every local contractor you can find and introduce yourself.

Specifically the current competitive rates for new construction trades and materials (e.g. foundation, framing, plumbing, electrical, drywall, trim carpentry, painters, tile work, brick layers, roofers). 

I've even supplied large thick (3 mil) contractor bags and moving boxes/tape.

I'm from there and my properties are there--so if you did need referrals for PMs or contractors or whatever, I have those--but other markets certainly do have higher returns now than Atlanta. 

I have 12 years of plumbing/electrical experience, and I know many facets of residential remodeling. 

Your largest hurdle is usually finding a contractor.

Third is to get an official estimate when the house is under contract, because unless you have a really good contractor friend, people will probably stop giving you free estimates.
