Real Estate is very appealing and has a magic allure all it's own....I mean you're not just buying a widget or even a car, you're buying an actual piece of dirt with your name on it....a primal desire if you will...So once I was down in an 8 ft hole just before dark...guess why?

Instead I would look into shadowing different careers in real estate.

The future looked dark.

I've found useful strategies and documents but now's it's time to leave the shadows and mingle.                            

But I'm an investor agent & a buyer's agent that doesn't buy the idea that Hud has recently implemented a nationwide no-disclosure policy where listing agents are now kept completely in the dark through the most vital piece of the sales process that HUD once relied on for years. 

Please someone answer, so I can cover them before the rain starts and it gets dark!
