Now I treat those people like a treat people that won't buy in certain areas because they're "dark" or "integrated" or whatever other code word they use to hide their racism - I don't do business with them and don't try to.Haters gonna hate.  

It is literally throwing darts in the dark hoping one will stick. 

But as of now, I am lost in the dark with marketing that is behind, and no real answers on why there has been no activity.  

People people people,Let me tells yous a little story about DMM.Some BOZO in the dark ages sweore that DMM is the best thig since sliced bread, and people believed it and started chanting the same thing, without justification ad now it became a thing.Let me tell you what DMM SHOULD be used for.A silly stupid little postcard/letter/what ever is not meant to convince people to sell their house to you.WHO the hell are you?!

He took our personal and confidential information including drivers licenses, social security numbers, bank statements and other sensitive information we gave him to prove we were worthy to fund HIS deals and he purposely and maliciously violated the signed confidentiality agreement by putting it all on the dark internet.

Your service may work, but another carrier may be dark there.

While this is possible, with time, they don't tell you about the "dark" side of wholesaling.1.

I love the fact that I can be mentored by professionals who have been doing real estate investing in south Florida for over 20 years, can have all of my deals funded by them, can shadow them as they talk to potential sellers and buyers and can network with a sizeable amount of other students that have also sacrificed to get into the mentorship program but the price point has hindered me thus far.In the past I've paid for courses and info that have gotten me as far as I have gotten but I see the mentorship program as being the fire that I need to hit the ground running in investing (alongside the fact that if I'm inactive within the program for more than six months that I would have to repay and start all over - so there's that) as well as the few students that I've seen, see success through the program AND the mentors themselves being diligent in helping their students acquire profits.I apologize for my loquacious post but I wanted to make sure that I provide all the info one would need to give an accurate opinion and aid in my issue.
