I think there is a huge difference between a mentor and a coach.

At the moment we're in the Rich Dad coaching program and there is still a lot we need to learn.

Homeowners can ruin a deal if they are not coached properly I have lost thousands from homeowners talking too much.

I appreciated the education I received at Lifestyles and the coaching by the mentors.

Most have solid total return opportunities for cash flow and appreciation.2)  Read some great books on MF investing: Dave Lindahl (MF Millions) and Steve Berges (Complete Guide to Buying and Selling Apts)3) Find a local MF meetup group if available or create your own4) BP podcasts and forums on apt investming5) If serious, consider hiring a coach to ramp you faster.

Regarding the monthly coaching calls, how many people are on these calls at a time? 

It seemed like during that time any type of way to get into the REI scene as a novice was to sign up for some $20,000 guru/coaching seminar, which I could not afford then nor can I afford that now.
