Fm: Joe Crump to Chris Goff, etc., so the LO gurus. ;-) It appears to (logically) then depend on who one is able to place in the abode... coupled with their own 'due diligence' in getting a 700+ FICO score (so they only need 5% vs. 20% down) to whether they wanted to stay in the residence, a year to two later?

I helped my late father do several but was the labor and not on the financial end.
