At least the ones with names like "century village" you could tell they were 55+, but most of them wasted my time evaluating them and then later realizing what they were.

But you can get bond index funds in either mutual fund or ETF version, over the short term the differences between he two shouldn't matter much, so don't waste time agonizing over which is better.

@Brandon Turner)Anyhow, my question is that I'm putting together a listsource list, and I'm seeing 255 results for my criteria unless I add in Equity Unknown to my equity filter, in which case it goes to a much more desirable 1052 records.Am I wasting time and money including the Equity Unknown or is it worth the additional investment to cast a bigger net?

Our experience is that, except for the tenants that keep a beautiful house, showing a house loaded up with moving boxes and scattered flotsam is worse than just waiting it out, cleaning up and showing it when it's empty.
