If your other income is strong you can ride the wave until market recovers.

It's only a train ride away from Chicago and there is a lot going on in this area right now.

Picture is not a level 2 background check...give it a shot,is going to be an experience enjoy the ride. 

:)  maybe things will be different this time next year but people are overpaying for foreclosures, hoping to ride the renovation wave & lack of good inventory.

Getting started in real estate is an emotional roller coaster ride that folks don't really talk about.  

My recent appraisal has me thinking about selling, but the neighborhood (Pennsport) is appreciating and I would like to ride it out, but my crystal ball is unclear at the moment.

If less than 6 months, I’d consider trying to ride it out and pray she pays.
