So, if the property is worth 100K fixed up, and finished, you can easily cash out 75K.

I just finished a ground up 7 townhome development and wish I would have came across this post prior and will definitely be applying such a mindset going forward on upcoming builds.

I am finishing(2 wks)a total rehab now and will finance to cash out.
