Sorry to say that.If I were you, I might think about getting in a better financial position to get that place rather than stretching so much right now.Who is doing the full management for 10%.

He may stop doing it as a courtesy, or you may need to explain that it's a requirement to keep working together and he needs your work so he stops taking other work, or he may say that he can't afford to pass up the other work and you can negotiate a better pay scale or a bonus for timely completion. 

We have investors in some neighborhoods that are doing better like Harrowgate, Temple area.

This new Builds are offering tons of incentives to home buyers, and sometimes will work out better for buyers than trying to buy a property that is distressed.

No one has a crystal ball to when rates will get better and if rates get better, there will be 5x the buyers out there so prices will go up.
