This forum is tremendously helpful, but many of the roadblocks to investing are the same today as they were back in 2002 (in fact, some things like financing are even more prohibitive).2.

i would love to get my REA license and maybe even change careers soon. so i have heard how much a license can tremendously from MLS access  to seeing multiple properties easier and just knowing more about the industry. can anyone tell me about if im doing the right thing, I am planning on paying $175 for course and then i think $99 for testing. are these the right prices/ steps and can anyone give a heads up on anything i might find out or need to know that isnt explained or mentioned. thank you in advance BP heads !!
