The TK house that you paid market for at 60k is going to be worth 60K in 10 years and its not going to be "brand new" anymore..... so now you have to put 10k into it to get it back to the market price of 60k.So with no or very little appreciation, that cash flow for all those years isn't as sweat as you thought it was......

Keller Williams is well known for  having an MLM-like model, yes.For you the brand new real estate agent, I strongly suggest being focused on selling houses, not on recruiting.
