I just love how the still need a paycheck people chime in like they're teaching you opportunity cost and portfolio optimization or something.   

i would think it is the way to go in this business.Construction is tricky, because many parameters must be considered as the ideal square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, construction style, etc.. but once you got the right formula for the right area, things get eventually easier.

Look for the next principles of property management course and it will do a good job teaching you the basics.

I found Podio to be a challenge to set up but there are great YouTube videos to teach you how to use it for wholesaling.
