Interestingly, he'd be way better off to just buy a similar home, which would put his PITI around $900/month, but I suppose it goes back to credit problems and ability to qualify for financing.I will definitely screen and vet the financials of anyone if I move forward with RTO, but I'll probably just do a straight up rental for now.
