There were some companies willing to write it with qualifications (one had minimum rental times ie. one week, another specified that the whole unit had to be rented to one party, etc.). 

I will attend my first REIA (REAL ESTATE INVESTORS ASSCN) meeting this week.

@Michael Evans , coincidentally I bumped into an SBA loan specialist a couple of weeks ago and talked to him about the possibility of applying for an SBA loan to acquire small multi-family properties. 

Some of these things I have known about and have been dealing with,  a few of the others have just come to light this week, thanks to an angry ex-wife.I have done almost daily inspections, filed comply of vacate letters, sent text after text, and I'm just hoping for a smooth transition without having to evict.  

Get moving on a pre-approval and start your home search in earnest and you might be in your new home in under 8 weeks.

I look at about 1,000 a week nationally for clients.

Now my main frustration comes from the fact that i am currently 37 weeks pregnant and my baby could make her way into the world anytime now.
