You’d be shocked by how little actual screening many PMC’s do!

I was looking at our analytics this morning and saw that 10% of our visitors are using IE7 for Windows and was really shocked that no one has reported this problem with the menus.

All the 1% and 2% cf people would be shocked at my latest deal also. 

I guess my wife and I were thinking higher end might have been $500-600 or so we were a little shocked it was so high for just a simple return.

I am not placing a bet on it, but I won't be shocked to see if the top was in during the 1st quarter and now we are just waiting to confirm it. 

I am originally from Florida but moved here in Hope's to enter the real estate market and make use of the 1% rental vacancy rate... it still shocks me...Anyway, how did you guys enter the Montreal rental game?

In a heated market unsolicited offers that shock the owner are not that unusual and can leave the long term investor in a quandry.  

Then act shocked and ask to see their lease....either they don't have one, or if they do, it will tell you the end date.   

It was due to a shockingly low appraisal.
