I have a .75 acre lot i am interested in purchasing which the front .25 acre was just taken via eminent domain due to the widening of a two lane highway to 4 lanes, whIch Is a good thIng since the lot wIll remaIn as hIghway frontage.

Manufactured housing on a permanent foundation can be bank financed (VA, FHA & conventional) if it remains in it's initial location. 

We are maintaining a portion adjacent to a home that has pets and need to keep the fence intact.The contractor is cutting the posts at ground level and has instructed us to put topsoil over the what remains of the posts.

I have been looking to attend real estate / Investment seminars to enhance my knowledge and to keep me motivated, but could not get any link.

The buyer has moved out of town and has a sick mother so that's where his motivation comes from.

Introduce idea and see how the tenant responds to repairs they caused being paid of remaining lease, or potentially carried into new lease.

I've also found the listing agent a bit more motivated to close a deal when they're seeing both sides of the transaction. 

If there is no equity, no benefit to the heirs, then no motivation for them.

If you do want to hold the first home and turn it into a rental, the primary financing terms you have in place will remain.
