Many of the west coast foreclosure buyers are out of business Just not enough deals to bid on.I know when i used to go to the auction in Vegas there would be hundred homes a day going.. last week an average of 2 or 3 a day actually go .. so its a slow roll to get to that.. we just have not seen prices coming down..

Also, don't feel bad if you're taking things slow. 

They can have linear, slow-growth for a period of time followed by period of moderate cyclical-style appreciation.

It doesn't look very good to me if they are this slow to help with basic questions from a person wanting to join if they say one of the benefits of online is that they are responsive.Anyways that was my introduction and thanks for your time. 

This means I need to buy products that have a good life span but are reasonably priced enough to make a profit.

Or sell it and invest in more syndications or other RE financial products.

I do want to take it slow and a 6 month pause sounds good, and I definitely don't want to get into any kind of partnerships, etc. 

The economy is stable but not as dynamic as the larger Texas cities - sort of slow and steady.

Start slow.

You can get the basics there just not all of the bells and whistles that Corelogic products offer.
