However if they can defer their cash out for a short period of time because they own a second home already, or are moving and planning on renting for a year or two then I may have an option to buy their house that would work for both of us.This intro takes a few minutes...is non-threatening but really intrigues the sellers most likely to sell to you....It’s not much but hopefully that helps a little.
