It doesn't guarantee they're legit and you still have to vette them, but there is so much fraud online now that I personally wouldn't even waste my time trying to vette someone unless I had met them face-to-face and shook their hand first.  

You'll certainly get bites on all of those platforms.

You can first try different social media platforms first and see which one has the best result and drives more traffic, then you could put more effort on those specific platforms.

If they can provide legit proof that is one thing.

I have been calling other complexes (as mentioned above) and simply asking them what their rent is as well as looking at "apartments for rent" on Google but if anyone knows of a platform that expedites this process, that would be very helpful!

Since it sounds like you're just getting started, it is worth noting that there are a lot of great tools out there you can use to screen, but I would suggest a platform that helps with not only listing the property (publishing it to 10+ other major listing sites) but also comprehensive tenant screening which includes a nationwide criminal background check, credit check, eviction history check, and requires references for prior tenancy.

This is definitely something that has taken some time to iron out as far as making sure everything works as intended, but having said that, there have been quite a few changes/updates to the platform since the Rentalutions days. 

so I went to sign up for TLO Experian, I have a legit corporation so thats not a problem, good credit ETC. they said since July 1st they are being so strict about access.
