I recently found a retiring gentleman trying to sell three 1\1 units in the same complex.

I found out that their all products are energy star and BBB rated windows and Doors.

They were pretty reasonable compared to Post Card Mania which is an awesome company but found the same product for cheaper and locally.

I am a newbie to I have found that buyers is not the issue, I am having an issue finding properties every time I think I have a lead and do leg work on it only to find out its already under contract by another wholesaler.

You could not have found a better community to learned and network with.

Sounds like you have found out first hand the TV shows are a bit misleading when it comes to renovations and repairs. 

But there are alot of wholesalers that still need some experience to get more accurate assessments so make sure you run your own numbers.But anyway Richmond is a good town and deals can be found but it takes good work!
