I think there is great value in using the program for visualizing finished rehabs.

Others will use bathtubs for laundry or for cleaning out cooking equipment because they don't like the size of the sink.Married student housing is notorious for being infested with cockroaches and rodents for a reason, and it's not because the universities don't care. 

Talk to your CPA about it--I can write off almost everything as de minimis with my already finished unit, but that is probably not going to be possible with it being a new repurposing.
