You're talking about some broker-than-broke bozo who decides to rips off SNAP, SSI, the food banks, and HUD for the grand privilege of living in a cheap rental, maybe he has an illegal job on the side that brings in $150 bucks one week, $80 another, and Bozo spends that cash and what he manages to make trading half his food stamps and a big can of cling peaches away for his Kools, Crazy Stallion 40s, and a dime bag...Do you really think this is how America's going to flounder and fail?

Disclose to them that you are an agent and if you had the money you would buy these great deals, but for now you will just pass them to your friends with money bags. 3)Create a buyers list in that market.

Also am about completing my book on real estate but still don't want to let the cat out of the bag for now because massive work needs to be done to get it to the right people.

I think it's definitely a mixed bag.

@Paul Ewing The stuff they sell at HD and Lowes in a plastic bottle, that is then wrapped in a ziplock type bag screaming death on it works well also.  

What I look for is stuff like garbage bag windows, boarded up windows and doors, over-filled mailboxs, unkept garden/flower bed, tall grass and exterior house paint chipping away.When I've approached some of these houses, many of the home owners were nice people, have no problems with their finances and not looking to sell whatsoever.

Based on how he responded to you, I think stuff like Facebook posts and fairy-dust would resonate better with him. 

If the market corrects however, you could be left holding the bag!
