Using a login system for tenants and prospective renters is doable but I dont know how effective it would be since it wouldn't be optimized for search engines with everything locked down.Rob, excellent job with your website, seems like the way to go with just listing available properties and not your entire inventory.BTW, check out this portfolio, I guess he isn't afraid of lawsuits:http://www.trump.com

If you do not fix/replace one noticable item in a home, your prospective buyers may very well think this and that can cost you much more money than had you just replaced it to begin with.I too ALWAYS put in new ceiling fans w/ lights for every bedroom, new plumbing fixtures, new stainless steel appliances, etc. - My homes, as with Jason's, show in top notch condition and as such, receive top notch exit prices (in most cases).You do pretty extensive rehabbing....I was wondering about what ARV homes do you work with?
