I am looking how Guayaquil is growing with a lot of construction going on (I am a civil engineer) this days.

I personally think it will be beneficial because real estate is an expansion of my civil engineering knowledge (i.e. construction, development).

So I have some projects in Philly, but am always looking to explore and network.What areas do you feel are good investments for new construction?

Many are house specific, some are proprietary information and none of your business, some are just stupid aka “do u upcharge construction?”...

We are thinking a family or three young professionals would be the best tenants as the townhouse was a new construction when we bought it three years ago so it’s in pretty good nick. 

I’ve studied continuously and am constantly striving to learn more, I don’t have much to bring to the table at this moment but I would greatly enjoy someone more experienced in this world hearing me out and giving me some constructive criticism on the subject.

In return, I wouldn’t mind lending a hand in rehab estimates, inspections, or any construction insight you may be searching for.
