I would like to have a mentor or coach to help me get started.

I would very much like to find a mentor/coach/sherpa, so that I don't fall into common initial investor mistakes.

I wasnt a huge fan of the established groups, paying to be sold or pitched or moved into a coaching program was just wasting my time.

I have been intrigued with real estate ever since I began working for my high school baseball coach who had an impressive portfolio of both residential and commercial assets, overall upholding a net worth of $30 million.

It's not about how awesome a coach I am.

Are there any good coaches out there to help build a plan?

Personally I have material from both and have had DC’s coaching on the internet for $49 a month the information seems generic and long to reply questions.

I would get your hands on as many books, keep listening to podcasts, go to local meetups, meet with local investors, and hire a coach if possible when you get to a place that you can afford it.

I live in Venice but I coach youth rugby girls and a lot of them live in that direction and we travel there for games a good bit.
