Many take a rather arrogant attitude, as if they know what they are doing and will continue to do things as they have 10 or 20 years ago.If a borrower is better educated in financing, you can have a much better feeling knowing that if some guy tries pulling anything you can clean their clock.

I saw the place before they cleaned it because they were trying to rent out the place, and the whole apartment was disgusting because of bad tenants.
