we shall see if we can afford the space necessary, but it is our current plan. we love the urban environment, things to do (things to do for kids too!)

I know Playa Del Carmen is booming now but I still would like to get in on it before the real estate is too high for me to afford.

If they are over listing and I apply 65% - the rehab and they know I have say 200k in my account, they know i can afford to pay lets say 87k instead of my offer

For example, if you can afford to pay $1000 a month on your mortgage, at 6% that would be a 170k house, at 4% that is a 210k house.  

My coworkers scoffed at me for moving and investing there in 2009-2012, but because I did that then I can now afford raise my family near the beach.

I am in greater Columbus, and our market it on fire but still very affordable.

I am also a contractor , flippers and investors  CAN  NOT AFFORD ME . 

Personally I only do "real people", because the way I look at it, corporations and banks want the most for the property and can afford to sit on it and my direct mail is focused on people who have a NEED to sell.

We have been one of the most affordable housing marketing in the nation, years running.  

I am expensive , I cant afford myself .
