Nationally there are several hundreds different MLS systems and more than a handful of different platforms. 

Providing an educational platform is providing an opportunity to people and like I said in some cases, some of them will choose to invest with you.

There are plenty of platforms.I recently changed my platform to Buildium due to my financial and accounting background it works for me and to help my clients.The other platform I use is AppFolio.
