However owners are now starting to hear about some kind of coronavirus real estate boom on the news, and their initial feeling seems to be that they should be able to get MORE for their properties than the price they were unable to sell for previously.I'm aware there are other strategies for new leads that could be more promising right now, and this isn't the only thing I'm focusing on, but I'm wondering if anyone else is currently contacting owners of expired's--and any insight you might have on how to more efficiently bring the conversation down to reality, and reasonably quickly--evaluate if there might be room to make a deal.

If it were me Id try to charge but when it comes to small claims I promise you the time and effort wont be worth the $100-200 to replace the mower.
