I'm learning a lot already with the "kit" when I signed up. 

Many folks think they saving money by DIY rental management only to find out it bites them in the butt. 

His diy approach is inspiring as well as his savings rate.  

I planned to reopen the biz but I never did :(Then my life became work and DIY!

The biggest thing that I've learned is that investing is a project and the different ways to make a deal are simply tools that you can put in your tool kit.

I see people on here get too focused on the risks of using someone else to help them find properties but nobody talks about how ineffective DIY can be from out of state.

I like DIY then hire an employee/contractor to work directly for you to PM.PS You go to DIG or ACRE meetings?

The DIY shows seem to use the term interchangeably sometimes.
