I did not order the report because in the meantime I found that the information about the property listed on the online auction was in my opinion grossly misrepresented and very deceptive which added a lot more risk to the project that was higher than I was willing to take.

If you have those things, as J Scott mentioned, you shouldn't have a problem getting a loan to buy property with a local bank.The best thing you can do is set up a meeting to go and talk to someone in person and if they give you bad news, ask them what it will take to meet their requirements and start working on those areas as well as checking out other banks.

The system will report a match to both investors when a posted property matches the criteria for a buyer.
