Hi everyone,I recently came across a property that I am considering purchasing as a primary home (possible future rental property), and I would greatly appreciate your advice and insights on whether it is a good investment.The property is located on Fleetside Ct, Alexandria VA with access to two metros, Old Town and DC.

Just talk with the seller and ask them prior. 

As well, I do not rent any property that I myself wouldn't live in, which includes location, finishes and repairs. 

New Orleans residents feel that AirBNB's have ruined the neighborhoods and character of living in New Orleans, making housing unaffordable for musicians and service industry workers and that the city has plenty of hotels for tourists to stay in.Adding units may be very easy or next to impossible depending on the zoning and neighborhood where the house is located.

Not sure where the property is located, but looks like perhaps San Fran (?)

Anything local where you have a physical location/office and you generate leads based on your local geographic location.



Location and amount in rehab How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I read on another BP forum that the location also played a factor in pricing statewide vs nationwide.
