Planning finishing basement What was the outcome?

His insurance and a combination of the condo association insurance.He wants to sell because he lives in another house and has been paying the mortgages plus the condo fee all year and could be a few more months before it's finished.

I’m finishing up my Duplex in the next few weeks that I acquired using seller financing.

Does anyone have a recommendation or resource that they used to better understand the whole contract process from start to finish?

Recently, I've seen some fix/flip opportunities be put back on the market because the originally investor doesn't want to hold the property until materials arrive on the island to finish the job.  

I assist investors solely who want LT or ST rentals and make sure they are fully taken care of from start to finish.

Now I’ve been running up my credit cards to finish my rehab since I don’t have my money.

It’s currently a 3/2 w/ an half finished basement potential 1/1 with separate kitchen and driveway.
