You also have more opportunity to do some seller finance on some of the sfrs, than finding owner finance on multis, other than crap multis.

Use to be, some of the old guys would put an ad in the paper or penny power, (they shouldn't be, but some do), go to your local REI club and ask around.Go hang out where the good ole boys hang out and just shoot the crap with them, talk up your stuff, what you do, when they ask questions, give a little more information, make people work to get your information, don't act like it's a guarded secret, but just like you might bore them with details.
