The land's mineral rights owned by previous owner and there are mines all over the property.the drilling company states that they will work with her but that they can exercise their rights at any point to get the Kaolin underneath the surface.Client trying to see if any way to gain money from the land (since vast, there is space between the mines).Not owning the mineral rights, she will most likely have difficulty obtaining financing so she is looking for short-term, relatively low cost ideas while she pursues the longer term possibilities (currently thinking about developing a solar farm).Beyond hunting lease, any other suggestions?

I have a 3/1 in Pinson with a huge basement enough space to make a master suite and some. 

But I just found out my living room space has laminate flooring because the previous owners had carpet there before and they didn’t replace it with hardwood flooring which the whole main floor is made out of, they replaced it with laminate.

Frank Rolfe is one of the main thought leaders in this space and has been in mobile home investing for a long time.

Tell him it is great that his company has grown, but he's also outgrown the space and more importantly the vans are blocking the tenants cars in AND they are disturbing the tenants and neighbours with the early morning coming and going and chatting.

When you're getting ready to sell a property, investment or otherwise, what does everyone do in regards for having the space professionally cleaned before marketing? 

Figure out what you need to do in order to be comfortable in that space you want to work in.
