Any estimates on cost?

Potential Challenges: Given my tight schedule, what are the common pitfalls or hurdles that could arise in managing a BRRRR process or any other investment strategy in the local area?

After buying one property how soon can you put yourself back in the market if you do have enough reserved for down payment/closing cost? 

How much will you make after agreeing to those terms minus carrying costs and taxes? 

Also many title companies TODAY require a KNOWN notary.. so either they do it or they send you a vetted mobile notary that will cost you 150 to 200 for each sig.and yes this is why you dont buy the way the OP bought.. now he has a to chase his tail all to save a few bucks up front on title and escrow fees.. 

Come even the slightest ripple (an increase in property insurance, an unexpected repair, etc.) and suddenly you're drowning in a sea of negative cash flow.Also, are you including both professional property management and vacancy in your operating expenses?

Our focus is on property management, but it's still a pleasure to connect.

I am in the military and my free time fluctuates to deal with investing but am motivated, just wondering if the price of the leads are worth the cost of the list.

I manage my own rentals and I also do all my own handyman/maintenance repairs.

And best part, it doesn't cost you a dime in interest, right.
