The list for senior housing at most places around here is years long. 

I have a background in design and come from a long line of handy people as my Grandfather and Father have both done their share of renovations and home construction.

My main fear is that I've underestimated my Opex assumptions or will miss some major issue during inspection that will turn the deal into an alligator property.For the last 4 months I've been stuck in analysis paralysis and haven't been able to just pull the trigger on a deal.

Perhaps the person who helped me last time didn't know.

The most relevant exceptions are the last three above in bold.Theres a lot of noise about the topic and its very confusing but the above are the actual rules atleast regarding conventional fannie/freddie financing. 

Last time I was there, the indigineous people would pick the beans. $5 for a 5 gallon bucket full.
