We just finished up a remodel on a house that is about $110K or so and this is about what we spent.Kitchen Cabinets $4500Appliances $1500 (no frig)Flooring $600Bathroom cabinet $400Toilet $100Flooring $200We didn't replace the tub but if you did it would be around $1200Again these are all rough numbers for my area and based on our employees doing all the work but they should be decently close.

However, if you are working in the real estate field (i.e. as a broker) and working for someone else (i.e. you are an employee), you do not get to count these hours or services toward the two criteria stated above unless you own at least 5% equity of the business you work for.
