I’ve been successful because I’ve found my niche and dominated the crap out of it.

Many of these homes also feature structural damage like holes in the roof or boarded up windows.

Go on Facebook, Craigslist, Zillow etc... and see what similar units with similar features are going for in your area.

The auctions are mainly dominated by a couple of buyers....I can also tell you for a fact that everyone of those buyers knows exactly what the inside of thoses houses look like and their condition.
