People people people,Let me tells yous a little story about DMM.Some BOZO in the dark ages sweore that DMM is the best thig since sliced bread, and people believed it and started chanting the same thing, without justification ad now it became a thing.Let me tell you what DMM SHOULD be used for.A silly stupid little postcard/letter/what ever is not meant to convince people to sell their house to you.WHO the hell are you?!

The lighting is a little dark in the picture but this will be a lovely/bright kitchen and living room for our next resident.

You may even find one or two who won't mind if you shadow a project they currently have going. 

While this is possible, with time, they don't tell you about the "dark" side of wholesaling.1.

I’m seeking anyone who could be a mentor/coach, someone I can shadow, or someone I can reach out to just to pick their brain.
