The knowledge was so-so and that wasn't the issue it was the crap you have to go thru to contact this guy.

In my opinion, that's a bunch of crap!

i originally started this thread and after fixing and flipping close to 60 properties i can tell you that the income tax hit on flipping properties is just insane.to the dude who said people who complain about paying taxes don't pay alot of taxes, you are full of crap. 

I prefer land in unincorporated areas outside the city limits because they're less restrictive but folks that live in rural areas are already storing their crap in their own barns (or yards) :)

And, if I ever get into trouble for whatever reason, that bank doesn't give a crap about me.

This person actually did get crap from her HOA...and what was worse was she was a renter. 

I'd ask how many real deals that they've closed on in the last 12 months as your proof if they are actually closing deals or just selling someone on $20K worth of crap! 

Took 2 days off work, flow to AZ, and lost the case....There are many other details that I dont recall now, but it was issues after issues after issues, and everything is 3X more expensive than locally.....I know my story is NOT nearly as horrible as some other investors, but I had a busy day job, and I dont have time for all these crap....

Instead of spending the $500 on a construction dumpster, I spent probably $1,500 in man-hours and fuel hauling trailer loads of crap to/from the landfill.

I'm tired of the typical day job crap and working for other people.
