They now self perform all of their construction (along with offering 3rd party construction management services).

I use it for all my property accounting/ reporting, and to collect rent and owed payments.

I did all the work and I had to pay half of the first rent for it.

So you could be wasting your time on investors who aren't even investing anymore and you don't get any actual contact information it is all through the site.
