I have 127 rentals, I work with a lot of investor friendly lenders and I teach others how to buy investment property.

I just want to expedite my journey by paying for a proven system, with teaching, and a community to assist (this is less important as BiggerPockets already exists).I really appreciate all of the information that the community has put up on this website and anyone who is willing to help me out.

It's mid grade and you can usually get it for under $3 per foot, sometimes there's a style on clearance that you can get even cheaper.

There are so many ways to make money in the equine world from farrier to exercise rider on a track to teaching students to grooming for $500k+ jumpers to hunter jumper catch riding to managing a breeding farm to running a boarding barn to therapeutic riding.

The party issue or just noisy groups that annoy sensitive neighbors was a fairly routine problem with the medium and large house.I think it kind of comes down to operational style also.

But after thinking about it, I spent more than that on $1500, $2500, $5,000 seminars my first year and didn't get as much as they teach I don't think.Where are you in your career/cash position?  

I use "Dunes" style in "Destin" color.I am in process of second identical bath remodel,,,who says you cant copy from unit to unit so dont have piles of left overs,,,I can use parts and pieces from one to next.

The place is huge and I know at the end of the day an appraisal is just someone's professional opinion of what the house is worth.My thinking is that someone may fall in love with the penna stone, elliptical style garage doors, the sea green slate roof etc. and offer cash.
