So he was really nice about it and told me what kind of deals he'd be interested in if I come across.I was actually really shocked at how much effort people put into these meetings/educational seminars vs investing.

Yes I’ve seen the taxes in those areas and have been shocked with how high they are and how quickly they can eat away at already slim margins in terms of NOI.

My problem is that when I called them to inquire the agent I spoke with expressed shock and then steadfastly insisted he could not discuss any of these details with me since I am not the borrower.
