This is why people don't like renting to friends/family because its human nature to mix emotion into the decision making and that makes dealing with managing the investment messy when things go sideways.

Avoid anything that makes you look like a difficult seller, such as showing restrictions, or other conditions.The purpose of the remarks is to make people want to view the property.

Show people what the investment looks like over the life cycle otherwise people simply don't have enough information to go off of.

There are a lot of people outh there making a commission on pushing those loans just do not fall victim to that type of scam.

I think this gives the slightest of advantages to people who are smaller investors, and also people who are willing to perhaps sacrifice some time and energy short term for long term gains.

The property is remodeled, so not much work if any is needed, I just wanted to have people within reach if I needed repairs down the line.
