Due to the cost, that is about the bare minimum.

Use a reliable customer relationship management (CRM) system to manage and organize your investor data.

Any lower than that and the costs of the mortgage are typically a very high percentage of the loan amount.  

It's a standard cost of doing business for them.

This can attract potential investors over time.Partner with wealth managers or financial advisors who work with high net worth individuals.

My wife and I purchased our first rental property here in Maui in June of 2023 to use as an STR as it was a consistent market, numbers worked, and we live 5 minutes away from the property so self-managing made sense!
