That’s what I was thinking, if the actual land would be rented out in some form, have it be for say farming, events, hunting, or converting the barn into a Airbnb or venue.

This is in reference to the following cities;Moreland Hills, Orange, Pepper Pike, Gates Mills, Hunting Valley, Woodmere.Solon, Glenwillow.Beachwood, Lyndhurst.Mayfield Heights, Mayfield.Chagrin Falls, Bentleyville.I haven't seen much talk of these cities on here.

Also, hunt down and befriend a local lender. 

I am on the hunt for my first deal in Spokane and it's tough to find anything.

It's much more of a guided process, which is way better because when I want more funding or if I want to build up a different business entity, I'll know how to do it myself.My biggest roadblock is that the properties we plan to buy with the funding won't have high ARV's ($75k-$85k unless I'm being too conservative in my estimates), so we're on the hunt for any lenders that will loan on small, inexpensive properties in northeast Ohio. 

If you can't use land for hunting, farming, building, drilling or ANYTHING of the sort - why would you (or anyone for that matter) want to pay money for it?

Which investment can you take your time to really hunt for and find a really good deal on?

I am trying to get my feet off the ground with personal investing by networking and deal hunting, and my hopes are to find some seasoned investors that would be interested in JV'ing with me on the first few deals that I find.
